In this shaky economy, everyone is cutting back on spending and looking for ways to afford some of the luxuries in life. At Captured, we have come up with a way for you to afford award-winning portraits without breaking the bank.
Captured is introducing Portrait Parties, a new program that gives you the same high-end portraits but for less money. Think of it as a TupperwareTMparty for portraiture. The party hosts gather four to six families at their home or another beautiful location. All of the families receive a discount off the cost of our regular portraits. For their hard work, the hosts receive a percentage of the orders placed by their guests. This is a great way to gather friends or family and remember the occasion. Call the studio for more details.
2009 will mark the 20th anniversary of Captured. During that time, Sheila Rutledge has been constantly honing her photography skills. Her award winning style has made her one of Dupage County’s busiest photographers. She began her interest in photography as a teen-ager. The youngest of 7 children she decided that without photography her family portrait history would skip the youngest child. Some of her first professional jobs included professional musicians and by then she was hooked. As she started a family of her own she saw the family cycle as one of the most interesting portrait subjects of all. With all of the babies in her family she is most at ease with children.
